摘    要:本文观察了慢通道阻滞剂心痛定对食饵性高酯血症家兔动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块形成的形响,测定了在高脂状态下血小板内钙调节的改变对血小板聚集与释放反应的影响,旨在进一步探讨高脂血症时血小板机能亢进的发生机制,以及慢通道阻滞剂心痛定抗动脉粥样硬化形成的作用机制。实验结果证明,心痛定具有明显的抗食饵性高脂血症家兔AS形成的作用,并有明显的降血脂,减少动脉胆固醇蓄积和抑制高脂状态下血小板机能亢进的作用,故是一种有希望的抗As形成药物。


Study on the mechanism of antiatherogenesis by nifedipine
Abstract:We had investigated on the effect of Nifedipine, a slow channel blocker, on the formation of AS plaques on aortic wall in rabbits fed with cholesterol enriched diet, and had observed the influence of the change of intraplatelet calcium regulation to the aggregation and release reaction of the platelets in rabbits. Our results suggested that nifedipine can significantly lower the level of serum cholesterol, the accumulation of lipid in aortic wall, and suppress the reaction of the platelet enhanced by the hyperlipidemia. It obviously inhibits atherogenesis. The results indicated that nifedipine is a hopeful drug for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
