摘    要:目的:探讨汽车尾气的氧化损伤作用.方法:将汽车尾气通入染毒缸内对小鼠进行染毒,并对染毒缸中SO2、CO浓度进行测定,染毒5天后测定小鼠血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量.结果:汽车尾气会降低小鼠血清SOD含量,增加小鼠的MDA含量.结论:汽车尾气对小鼠可造成过氧化损伤.

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the oxidative damage induced by the exhaust fumes from automobiles. Methods: The exhaust fumes from automobiles were piped into two sealed tanks and the mice were exposed to the exhaust fumes through inhalation for five days.The contents of CO and SO_(2) in the two toxicity jars were measured using PGM-780/7840 gas monitor.Centents of SOD and MDA in the serum of mice were measured. Results: After 5 days' exposure to the exhaust fumes from automobiles, the activity of SOD in the mice serum was significantly decreased and the content of MDA was increased in comparison with that in the control group. Conclusion: The exhaust fumes from automobiles could induce oxidative damage to mice.
