肺结核瘤的CT表现（附78例分析）

目的：分析总结肺结核瘤的常见及典型CT表现。材料与方法：回顾性分析经病理或临床证实的78例单发、多发肺结核瘤的CT资料。结果：90%病例肺结核瘤均为直径小于3 cm的类圆形结节,85%结节周围见卫星灶,结节数≥2枚的病例数为15%,大部分结节呈边缘清晰光滑的类球形,小部分有浅分叶或稀疏长毛刺,结节大部分呈均匀的软组织密度,30%结节邻近胸膜有增厚黏连征像,30%出现钙化,10枚无钙化结节出现硬化边。结论：肺结核瘤的多数平扫表现为边缘光滑周围有卫星灶的类球形结节,增强检查强化不明显,与DR及10mm层厚CT扫描相比,薄层扫描具有一定的诊断价值,其扫描所见的边缘硬化较具特征性。
