532例肾脏疾病病理类型特点及分布

目的通过研究532例成人肾小球疾病的流行病学特点及原发性肾小球疾病病理类型,试图探讨其在皖西南地区分布状况及发病规律。方法回顾性分析皖西南地区2001～2011年间成人经肾活检诊断的肾小球疾病532例的流行病学特点,并分析其中原发性肾小球疾病病理类型的分布状况。结果穿刺成功的532例肾标本,原发性肾小球疾病424例(79.70%),继发性肾小球疾病105例(19.74%),肾小管间质疾病3例(0.56%)。原发性肾小球疾病中以IgA肾病和系膜增生性肾小球肾炎所占比例较高,分别占39.86%和35.85%。继发性肾小球疾病中:狼疮性肾炎42.86%,乙肝病毒相关性肾损害22.86%。结论①原发性肾小球疾病是肾穿刺活检最常见的病因,其中大多数属于系膜增生性肾小球肾炎和IgA肾病。②继发性肾脏病以狼疮性肾炎最为多见,乙肝相关性肾炎所占比例显著。

Demographic features and pathomorphological types of glomerular diseases among 532 adult patients

Objective Through study of the demographic features and pathomorphological types of glomerular diseases among 532 adult patients,try to confer its distribution and occurrence regularity in Southwest of Anhui province.Methods 532 patients with glomerular diseases underwent successive native renal biopsies with definite pathologic diagnosis in our hospital between 2001 and 2011.The demographic features of this group of patients had been analyzed in this study.Results Among the 532 patients,primary glomerular diseases(PGD) were the most frequent type(79.70%),followed by secondary glomerular diseases(SGD,19.74%) and renal tubulointerstitial diseases(RTD,0.56%).Of the 424 patients with PGD,IgA nephropathy(IgAN) was the commonest form of PDG,accounting for 39.86%.Lupus nephritis(LN) was the commonest form of SDG,accounting for 42.86%.Conclusion PGD becomes the commonest role of all the patients with glomerular diseases in our area,and mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis plus IgAN take up the most common form.LN is the commonest form of SGD,but hepatitis B virus associated nephritis(HBV-GN) also occupies a significant proportion.
