体外受精-胚胎移植治疗后早期自然流产相关因素分析

目的了解体外受精-胚胎移植(in vitro fertilization-embyro transfer,IVF-ET)治疗后发生早期自然流产的相关因素。方法选择2008年4月到2010年1月接受体外受精-胚胎移植助孕后临床妊娠691例(排除宫外孕43例),按妊娠结局不同分为A、B两组,A组为自然流产组80例;B组为继续妊娠组611例,比较两组间的一般资料。结果辅助技术治疗后的早期自然流产发生率11.6%,流产组患者年龄和体质量指数较继续妊娠组高,差异有统计学意义(P0.05);基础窦卵数少于继续妊娠组,基础FSH水平高于继续妊娠组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论对不孕夫妇应该尽早接受辅助生殖技术治疗,同时鼓励肥胖患者在接受ART治疗前减轻体质量。

Related factors of early spontaneous abortion after treatment of in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer

Objective To analyze the related factors of early spontaneous abortion after treatment of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer(IVF-ET).Methods In this medical centre,691 cases of clinical pregnancy in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer pregnancy outcome from April 2008 to January 2010 were analyzed retrospectively.According to pregnancy outcome,cases were divided into group A,B,A group of 80 cases of natural abortion;B group of 611 cases of continued pregnancy.The general information was compared.Results The rate of early spontaneous abortion after assisted technology treatment was 11.6%,age and body mass index of abortion patients in natural abortion group were higher than those in continued pregnancy group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05);the basis of FSH levels was higher in abortion group than in continued pregnancy group,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Infertile couples should receive assisted reproductive technology treatment as soon as possible,while obese patients are encouraged to lose weight before receiving ART treatment.
