老年高血压患者脉压与肾脏功能损害的关系

目的探讨老年高血压患者脉压(PP)与肾脏损害的关系。方法老年高血压患者208例,按PP水平分为<40mmHg、40～60mmHg、60～80mmHg及>80mmHg4组,分析PP与反映肾脏损害的指标如血肌酐(Scr)、内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)及24h尿蛋白定量的关系。结果随着PP的增大,Ccr明显降低,Scr及24h尿蛋白定量明显增加,各组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年高血压患者PP增大可以促进肾脏功能损害的发生和发展;PP是肾脏功能损害重要的危险因素及预测因子。

The relationship between pulse pressure and kidney damage in aged patients with essential hypertension

Objective To sdudy the correlation of pulse pressure(PP) with kidney damage.Methods 208 aged patients with essential hypertension were divided into four groups according to the level of pulse pressure(<40 mm Hg,40～60 mm Hg,60～80 mm Hg,and>80 mm Hg).The relationship between PP and Scr,Ccr and 24-hour urine pritein was analyzed.Results[WTBZ] The Levels of Ccr was negatively correlated to PP;The Levels of Scr and 24 hour urine pritein were positively correlated to PP.The levels of Scr,Ccr and 24 hour urine pritein were significantly different among the groups(P< 0.05 ).[WTHZ]Conclusions PP plays an important role in kidney damage in aged patients with essential hypertension,PP is an important risk factor and predictor factor of kidney damage.
