摘 要: | (R)-N-三苯甲基丙氨醛经wittig-Homer反应和催化加氢反应制得(R)-5-甲基-2-氧代吡咯烷,再用硼烷.二甲硫醚还原得到(R)-2-甲基吡咯烷,总收率63%。

Abstract: | (R)-2-Methylpyrrolidine was synthesized from (R)-2-(tritylamino)-propionaldehyde by Wittig-Horner reaction and catalytic hydrogenation to give (R)-5-methyl-2-oxopyrrolidine, which was subjected to reduction with borane-dimethylsulfide with an overall yield of 63%. |
