Ⅰ期手术治疗中高位无肛的疗效评估

目的 分析和评估Ⅰ期手术治疗新生儿中高位无肛的疗效和影响因素。方法 回顾性分析1997年10月—2002年12月收治的5例中高位无肛患儿，不作结肠造瘘，直接行腹骶会阴Ⅰ期手术治疗。结果 随访6个月—3年，肛门功能正常。术后腹部切口感染裂开1例，行伤口缝合后痊愈。全部患儿扩肛数月，排便正常。结论 中高位无肛通过腹骶会阴I期手术是安全的，疗效是满意的。

Efficacy Evaluation of High Anorectal Malformation With One-Stage Operation

Objective To analyse and evaluate influencing factors of high anorectal malformation treated with One-stage operation in newborn infants.Methods From oct.1997,to dec.2002,5young children with high imperforate anus(4boys,1girl)were operated by abdominal combined with sacroperineal anoplasty.At surgery,none of the patients underwent a colostomy,but abdominal sacroperineum one-stage operation was carried out directly.Results The cases had been followed up for6to36months.Anal function was normal with satisfactory without any stenosis.One patient had abdominal wound infection,she underwent reoperation with good results.All anus underwent dilatation for months.All patients stool free movement without used stool softeners or enemas.Conclusions Abdominal combined with sacroperineal anoplasty for the treatment of high anorectal malformation is a safe and effective procedure.
