| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CA125、CA19-9联合检测在卵巢上皮癌诊断及疗效观察中的意义.方法利用ELISA方法对卵巢上皮癌、子宫内膜异位症和乳腺癌与正常对照组同时进行CA125、CA19-9的检测.结果卵巢癌CA125诊断灵敏度高,术前水平明显高于术后和其它各组.CA125与CA19-9联合检测使卵巢癌检出率明显提高.结论CA125是卵巢上皮癌诊断及判断预后的特异性指标,CA125和CA19-9联合应用可明显提高卵巢上皮癌检出率.

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the value of combining CA19-9 and CA125 in diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer.Methods:ELISA method was used to detect CA19-9 and CA125 of ovarian cancer,endometiosis,breast cancer patients and controls.Results:The CA125 positive rate and level before surgery were higher than those of other groups.The positive rate of ovarian cancer when combining CA125 and CA19-9 was higher than that of single CA125.Conclusion:CA125 is the specific index in diagnosis and prognosis of ovarian cancer,and it will be better to diagnose ovarian cancer when combining CA125 and CA19-9 together. |
