摘    要:目的对3种测定纤维蛋白原(Fib)的方法--凝血酶凝固法、双缩脲法、传统盐析法进行比较.方法用以上3种方法进行Fib测定的重复性实验及对正常、高和低Fib值测定并测定血红蛋白(Hb)和乳脂蛋白对以上3种方法的影响度,测定结果进行t检验.结果在重复性实验中,凝血酶凝固法的精密度最高;对正常Fib值测定,双缩脲法和传统盐析法结果高于凝血酶凝固法,差异无显著性;对低Fib值测定,结果相反;对高Fib值测定,双缩脲法结果低于凝血酶凝固法,差异无显著性,而传统盐析法结果相反;Hb和乳脂蛋白对凝血酶凝固法的测定结果影响最小.结论凝血酶凝固法测定Fib的精密度高,有较强的抗Hb和乳脂蛋白干扰的能力.

Abstract:Objective:To compare three different methods of fibrinogen assay,including thrombin congulation as-say,diuret assay and salt precipiation assay.Methods:The reproducibility of Fib was carried out with those meth-ods.Normal value and abnomal value of Fib were also determined with those methods.And the influence degree of hemoglobin and chyle to Fib was also detected,then statistical analysis was performed with t-Test.Results:The precision of thrombin congulation assay was the highest.The result of diuret assay and salt precipitation assay to normal Fib value was higher than of thrombin congulation assay,and they had no significant difference.But,to the low Fib value,that was the contrary.To the high Fib value,the results of diuret assay was smaller than that of thrombin congulation aasay,and had no significant difference,but that was the contrary to salt precipitation assay.The interence of hemoglobin and chyle to the results of thrombin congulation assay was the smallest among those methods.Conclusion:The thrombin congulation assay is of high precision,and has a great abilitily of resistance to the interence of hemoglobin and chyle.
