埃索美拉唑在幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡中的治疗效果

埃索美拉唑(esomeprazole)是奥美拉唑的S-异构体,是第一个单纯的质子泵抑制剂的旋光异构体。为壁细胞的特异性抑制剂,呈弱碱性,对基础胃酸分泌和刺激引起的胃酸分泌均产生抑制。十二指肠溃疡是一种常见的消化系统疾病,约占整个消化性溃疡的80%。幽门螺杆菌感染是消化性溃疡最重要的致病因子,成功根除幽门螺杆菌能显著降低溃疡复发率,幽门螺杆菌的根除治疗在幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡的治疗中应占重要地位。现就埃索美拉唑对幽门螺杆菌阳性的十二指肠溃疡的治疗效果进行综述。

Therapeutic Efficacy of Esomeprazole on Duodenal Ulcer patients with Helicobacter Pylori

Esomeprazole, the S-isomer of omeprazole, is the first single optical isomer of propron pump inhibitor, which is the specific inhibitor of border cells, having alkaleseence amt can inhibit basal gastric acid secretion and gastric zaeid secretion induced by stimulation . Duodenal ulcer is the common disease in diges- tive system, occupying about 80 percent of the whole peptic ulcer. Helicobacter pylori infection is the capital causative agent of peptic ulcer, its success eradication can decrease the recurrence rate of ulcer abviously, so its eradicative therapy occupies an important position in the treatment of ulcer with helicobacter pylori . This article reviews therapeutic efficacy of esomeprazole on Duodenal Ulcer patients with Helieobaeter Pylori.
