| 摘 要： | 成人大骨节病是骨关节炎的一种。成人大骨节病药物治疗能够从骨关节炎治疗经验中取得借鉴。讨论3个问题:骨关节炎药物治疗的发展与经验;非类固醇类抗炎药(NSAIDs)与环氧合酶(Cox-2)抑制剂的使用亟待解决的问题;对骨关节炎药物治疗的期待。对成人大骨节病药物治疗的今后发展作了扼要的讨论。

| Abstract: | Adult Kaschin-Beck disease(KBD) is a specific type of the osteoarthritis. Medication for AKBD may learn some experience from that for the osteoarthritis. The paper discussed the experience and development of medicine treatment for osteoarthritis, the NSAIDs and Cox-2 inhibitors for treating osteoarthritis and problems in this field; some medicines and their doses used daily in the practice for osteoarthritis cases. The author discussed briefly on the medicine treatment for AKBD in recent and future. |
