| 摘 要： | 为了探讨黄连素疗效及指导安全用药,本文研究了40例18～60岁(其中包括16例室性心律失常)病人服用黄连素前后的窦房结(以下用SAN表示)功能。经统计学处理,用药前后的SACT、SNRT、SNRTc无差异。仅心率有明显差异。治疗室性心律失常有效率60％,显效率40％,作者认为成人服用0.3—0.6g/日 的黄连素对SAN功能无影响。

| Abstract: | In this article we investigated the function of SAN of 40 cass (18-60yrs) who had pre and post taken Berberine (including 16 cases of atrial arrhythmia) . Statistics suggested there was no difference between pre and post taken Berberine function of SAN in SACT, SNRTC, Except for the rate of heart exhibited obvious difference. Effective rate of treating atrial arrhythmia was 60% and obvious rate was 40%.We suggested adult taken 0.3-0.6g/day Berberine did not affect the function of SAN. |
