Cyclin D1及p16在非小细胞肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

目的:研究细胞周期蛋白D1(Cyclin D1)及p16基因在人非小细胞肺癌组织中的表达和临床意义。方法:以免疫组化SP法检测62例非小细胞肺癌组织中及20例肺良性病变组织中Cyclin D1及p16的表达。结果:Cyclin D1及p16在肺癌组织中均有较高的表达,其阳性率分别为62.9%和56.5%;在肺良性病变中未发现Cyclin D1的表达,p16阳性率为85.0%。Cyclin D1的表达与肿瘤的大小、淋巴结转移及临床分期无关(P>0.05);p16的表达与肿瘤的大小无关(P>0.05),与淋巴结转移及临床分期有关(P<0.005)。结论:Cyclin D1的过表达与肺癌的发生有关,可作为肺癌早期诊断指标之一,而与肺癌发展和预后无关;p16异常与肺癌发生、发展及预后有关。

Expressions of Cyclin D1 and p16 in non-small-cell lung cancer and its clinical significance
