猫大脑皮质体感Ⅰ区向丘脑腹后外侧核的纤维投射起源细胞的分布及形态特点

本文采用ＨＲＰ逆行追踪技术对猫大脑皮质体感Ⅰ区（颈、躯干、四肢）向丘脑腹后外侧核的纤维投射起源细胞及分布，在光镜水平进行了研究。结果表明，皮质丘脑投射神经元在体感Ⅰ区内分布于第Ⅴ层和第Ⅵ层皮质内，二层中以中型锥体形细胞为主，ＨＲＰ标记的神经元在乙状后回分布最多，外侧回前部次之，上薛氐回前部最少。本文所见标记的神经元均出现于ＨＲＰ注射部位的同侧大脑皮质内。

Morphological feature and distribution of original cells from area of SI to the ventroposterolateral thalamus nucleus in the cat

After injection of HRP into the ventroposterolateral thalamic nucleus,labelled cells were found in the layer V and VI area of SI. In two Iayer most of the pyramid cells were medim size. the numbers of labelled cells in the posterior sigmoid gyrus is largest and less in the suprasylvian gyrus, while middle of labeled in lateral gyrus, all cells were observed in the cortex of injecting side. These result showed: the corticothalamic projection nuerons has rich branch, roof dendrites extens as far as shallow of cortex, basic dendrites as horizontal. It also has amount branch.
