摘    要:目的探讨WHBE兔用于热原检查试验适用性。方法按照《中国药典》2005年版中对热原检测的要求,对WHBE兔进行测温。结果WHBE兔筛选一次性合格率为74.91%,与日本大耳白兔相当,但略高于普通级新西兰兔,且WHBE兔初筛体温分布频率呈正态分布,以38.5-39.5℃居多,且体重大小对WHBE兔合格率影响不明显。结论WHBE兔体温稳定,重复性好,适合用于热原检查试验。
