| 摘 要： | 目的探讨各型冠心病(CHD)患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)水平变化及其临床意义。方法测定健康对照组35例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组29例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组36例,急性心肌梗死(AM I)组22例血清CRP水平,并作比较。结果与对照组相比,SAP患者血清CRP水平差异无统计学意义,AM I、UAP患者血清CRP水平明显增高,以AM I时尤为显著。结论血清CRP水平变化与CHD病情严重程度相关,是急性冠脉综合征(ACS)的危险因子之一,可作为预测心血管高危事件的重要标志。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigated C-reactive protein(CRP) concentration and its clinic significance in patients with types of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods We measured CRP concentration in 29 patients with stable angina(SAP),36 patients with unstable angina(USP) and 22 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).The control group consisted of 35 healthy people.Results CRP expression were similar in the control group and the SAP group,yet,CRP concentration were higher in the USP group and especially higher in the AMI group.Conclusion CRP expression had a relation with the severity degree of CHD.It was one of the risk factors in acute coronary syndrome and could be an important symbol in forecasting high-risk cardiovascular events. |
