| 摘 要： | 应用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪观察用汉丹肝乐前后，２３例肝硬化患者门脉血流动力学的情况。结果口服汉丹肝乐４周后可有效降低门脉血流速度（Ｖｖｐ）、脾静脉血流速度（Ｖｓｖ）、门静脉血流（Ｑｖｐ）、脾静脉血流量（Ｑｓｖ）、门静脉阻力指数（Ｒｉｖｐ）、门静脉峰值指数（Ｐｉｖｐ）、脾静脉阻力指数（Ｒｉｓｖ）、脾静脉峰值指数（Ｐｉｓｖ），而门静脉内径（Ｄｖｐ）、脾静脉内径（Ｄｓｖ）无明显改变。用药后未发现副作用

| Abstract: | The changes of portal hemodlynamics in 23 patients with cirrhosis before and after treating with Handanganle(HDGL) were studied by using colour utrasound. The results showed that after HDGL treatment for 4 weeks the veloctty of portal vein and spenic vein, the flow of portal vein and splenic vein, the resistance index of portal vein and splenic vein, the peak index of portal vein and splenic vein significantly were lowered. These results suggest that HDGL could improve pootal hemodynamics in patients with cirrhosis, and the abore parametars of portal hemodynamics could be decreased safelly by HDGL. |
