| 摘 要： | 目的提高对腹腔包虫病的CT及超声表现的认识.方法回顾性分析27例经手术、病理证实的腹腔包虫病的CT及超声资料,探讨其影像学表现特点及诊断.结果27例腹腔包虫病的CT表现为单纯型13例,多子囊型8例,内囊分离型2例,实变钙化型4例,20例行超声检查.结论腹腔包虫病多合并有肝包虫病,其影像学表现有一定特征,诊断并不困难. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the knowledge of CT and US in echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity.Methods: The CT and US findings in 27 cases echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity, confirmed by operation and pathology, were restrospectively analysed. The imaging features and diagnosis were also discussed. Results:27 cases echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity was included: simple type 13 cases, presence of daughter cysts type 8 cases, laminated layer or detached membrance type 2 cases, solid cyst calcified type 5 cases. Sonograms were obtained in 20 patients.Conclusions: Echinococcosis of peritoneal cavity is usually associated with liver echinococcosis, there is features in imaging findings, and is not difficult to diagnosis. |
