摘    要:目的介绍金属网立体定位U形皮瓣切口分层解剖摘除体内异物的新方法。方法改进已有的取异物方法,通过引进金属网为参照物这一概念,用二张定位X线片综合分析,建立起三维空间概念。手术中采用独创的U形皮瓣切口扩大显露范围,并由浅入深地逐层寻找,更容易找到异物,而且不必在放射线下手术操作。结果45例患者的异物均一次性成功取出。结论本方法设计合理,新颖,提高了异物的取出率,是切实可行的好方法。

Abstract:Objective To introduce a new method of removing foreign body and fixing position.Methods The self-made metal nets was set at the foreign body area. At first, the X-ray film of the position was made from the distant to the close point between shin and the foreign body. The X-ray film of the close position was taken.Thus, roentgenograms would show stereoscopic position for the foreign body.By the self-design U-shape flap incision of original creation incision could be exposed the extensive scope of the operative area.From the superficial to the deep region, layer by layer,the foreign body was found eventually, and enucleated successfully. The method was effective in avoiding radiation damage from X-ray.Results All the 45 patients obtained postoperative satisfactory primarily.Conclusion Clinical applications show several advantages of this method such as rational design,higher taking and emucleating rate, and reliable performace.
