3种方法修复楔状缺损的疗效观察

目的比较可乐丽非露AP—X、卡瑞斯玛复合树脂与富士Ⅱ玻璃离子充填楔状缺损的临床疗效。方法573颗楔状缺损牙随机分成A、B、C三组，A组用卡瑞斯玛复合树脂，B组用富士Ⅱ玻璃离子，C组用可乐丽非露AP-X修复楔状缺损，随访1年后疗效。结果卡瑞斯玛复合树脂、富士Ⅱ玻璃离子与可乐丽非露AP—X材料充填成功率分别为89．5％、93．0％、99．4％。A、B与C组比较，P〈0．05，A与B组比较，P〉0．05。结论在楔状缺损治疗中，可乐丽非露AP-X优于卡瑞斯玛复合树脂与富士Ⅱ玻璃离子治疗方法。

Clinical Evaluation of Three Methods in the Restoration of Teeth with Wedge-shaped Defects

Objective To compare the chnical curative effects with three different methods in restoration of wedge-shaped defects of teeth. Methods 573 teeth with dental wedge-shaped defects were randomly divided into three groups：A, B, and C. Group A was restored by charsma, group B by FX-Ⅱ glassionomer, and group C by clearfil repair. Evaluation of the clinical curative effect was made after restoration for one year. Results The successful rate of group A was 89.5%, group B was 93 %, and group C was 99.4% [P（AB） 〉0.05,P（AC） 〈0.05,P（BC） 〈0.05]. Conclusion The clearfil repair was better than charsma and FX- Ⅱ glassionomer in wedge-shaped defect of teeth.
