疝环充填式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝268例报告

目的：探讨疝环充填式无张力疝修补术的临床疗效。方法：回顾分析268例腹股沟疝充填式无张力疝修补的临床资料。结果：本组病人平均手术时间48min，术后疼痛轻，恢复快，5～12d出院。复发2例。结论：疝环充填式无张力疝修补术损伤轻、痛苦小、复发率低，应成为腹股沟疝修补术的首选术式。

The Report of 268 Cases of Plug Mesh Hernia Repair

Objective: To discuss the clinical experience of Plug Mesh Hernia Repair in treating inguinal hernia. Methods: The clinical material of 268 patients underwent Plug Mesh Hernia Repair for inguinal hernia were analyzed retrospectively. Results: In these operations, The mean time of operation was 48 minutes, after operation, the patients had mild pain and recovered quickly and were discharged after 5 to 10 days of operation. Two cases had relapse of inguinal hernia. Conclusion:Plug Mesh Hernia Repair is relatively simple with less invasion and lower rate of relapse, So ought to be the first choice method in the treatment of inguinal hernia.
