Doula式分娩对妊娠结局的影响

目的：探讨Ｄｏｕｌｓ分娩时产妇的情绪，心理对分娩结局的影响。方法：对９２例初产妇（实验组）采用Ｄｏｕｌａ术式分娩的临床观察，并与同期进入产房无伴陪组初产妇８９例（对照组）比较，结果：实验组第一、二产程时间较对照组明显缩短，两组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ〈０．０５），实验组剖宫产率７．６％，对照组１９．１％，较无陪伴组剖宫产率有显著性下降（Ｐ〈０．０５）。结论：Ｄｏｕｌａ式分娩顺应了产妇心理需求，缩短了产

THE INFLUENCE ON LABOUR IN DOULA DELIVERY

Objective: To study psychological and emotional of primigravida during labour,our hospital carried out Doula delivery which is an appropriate technology in promoting natural delivey reported by Dr M Klaus USA.Methods: From July to December 1996, 92 cases of primigravida were selected as study group who wer accompanied by senior experenced midwife, Another 89 cases of primigravida given brith in the same period were taken as control group who were accompanied by their family member during their active phase of labour.Results: The results shows that first and second duration of labour declined obviously in the study group (P<0. 05 ), The cesarean section rate was 7. 6% in Doula group which19. 1 % in the control group.The difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion: Doula delivery adapt the psychological and emotional of primigravida and decreased duration of labour and cesarcan section and improve the obstericare quality to deserve much expand.
