帕罗西汀对原发性高血压伴心理障碍患者降压疗效的影响

目的 通过观察应用或不用我西汀后降压药物对原发性高血压伴心理障碍的患者疗效的不同变化，了解帕罗西汀对这类高血压患者者的辅助治疗作用。方法 原发性高血压患者７６例，抑郁症、焦虑症、颖病症量表测定后分组。无心理障碍者作为Ａ组２６例，单纯口服苯那普利１０ｍｇ，每天１次，共１４天，伴心理障碍者随机分成两组，一组单纯应用苯那普利治疗为Ｂ组２６例，药物剂量、用法同Ａ组；另一组应用苯那普利加帕罗西汀治疗为Ｃ组２

The influence of paroxetine on the lowering-pressure therapeutic effect of hypertension accompanied with psychological problem

Objective To understand the assistant lowering pressure effect of Paroxetine,we observe the difference of therapeutic effect for hypertension with psychological problem if the patients added to Paroxetine or not Methods 76 patients of hypertension are divided into three groups by measurement of depressive symptom,anxiors symptom,strain and suspicious symptom There are 26 patients of A group which hasn't psychological problem The tablet is taken by one time a day The dose of Benazepril is 10 mg and one course is 14 days The patients of hypertension which has psychological problem are divived into B and C group at random 26 cases of B group are treated by Benazepril similar to A group 24 cases of C group are treated by Paroxetine and Benazepril at the same time The dose of Benazepril and Paroxetine is 10 mg and 20 mg respectively The medicine is taken one time a day and one course is 14 days Results The effective rate of hypertension without psychological problem is 84 6% The effective rate is 57 7% for the patients of hypertension accompanied with psychological problem treated only by Benazepril There is significent difference between two groups (P<0 05) therapeutic effect of lowering pressure is elevated obviously and the effective rate is 87 5% for the patients of hypertension with psychological problem treated by Paroxetine and Benazepril at the same time There isn't difference between A and C group (P<0 05) Conclusion Paroxetine is a good assistant lowering pressuredrug for the patients of hypertension accompanied with psychological problem
