脑血管病再发相关危险因素

目的探讨高血压病、糖尿病、血脂异常与脑血管病再发的关系。方法对686例60岁以上脑血管病患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中再发病例221例(再发组),初次发病者465例(初次发病组)。收集患者的血压、糖化血红蛋白水平、是否患有血脂异常等因素,与同期因脑血管病入院的初次发病者进行比较。结果脑血管病再发患者存在明显的高血压病(OR=5.37)和血糖控制不良(OR=7.96),但血脂异常在脑血管病再发中差异无显著性意义。结论高血压病和糖尿病控制不良是脑血管病再发的主要危险因素,应在脑血管病二级预防中充分重视,同时血脂异常亦是不能忽视的因素。

Risk factors related to the recurrence of cerebrovascular disease

Objective To explore the relationship between hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipoidemia and the recurrence of cerebrovascular disease(CVD).Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 686 cases of CVD aged 60 years and above was conducted,including 221 cases of recurrence.The blood pressure,glycosylated hemoglobin and presence or absence of hyperlipoidemia in these 221 cases were compared with those in patients who were admitted for first attack of CVD,in order to identify the influence of above factors on the secondary prevention of CVD.Results The recurrent patients had significantly worse blood pressure((OR=)5.37) and blood sugar(OR=7.96) conditions compared with those in first attack patients,but high blood lipid was not the main risk factor of the recurrence of CVD.Conclusion High blood pressure and diabetes are the main risk factors of the recurrence of CVD,and should be highlighted in the secondary prevention of cerebrovascular disease.Meanwhile,high blood lipid cannot be neglected.
