双腔球囊漂浮导管气道内置入治疗大咯血

目的探讨双腔球囊漂浮导管气道内置入治疗大咯血的新方法，并与纤维支气管镜专用球囊导管进行对照，评价其疗效及安全性。方法24例大咯血患者中，观察组12例采用丝线固定、双腔球囊漂浮导管纤维支气管镜并行气道内置入；对照组12例应用纤维支气管镜专用球囊导管，采用Freitag气道内置管法。结果置管时间观察组明显短于对照组，两组间具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组12人有效，高于对照组10人，但两组间无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论丝线固定双腔球囊漂浮导管气道内置入治疗大咯血的方法更加简单、安全和同样有效。

Massive hemoptysis treated by double-lumen balloon floatation catheter tamponade technique in airway

Objective] To evaluate the efficacy and the safety of endobronchial tamponade technique with double-lumen balloon floatation catheter to treat massive hemoptysis compared with double-lumen balloon catheter special for fibrebronchoscope. Methods] Of 24 cases with massive hemoptysis, observe group (n =12): received endobronchial tamponade of double-lumen balloon floatation catheter fixed by thread with fibrebronchoscope and contral group (n =12): double-lumen balloon catheter special for fibrebronchoscope implanted in airway by Freitag Technique respectively. Results] The time of observe group implanted the catheter is shorter than contral group (P <0.05). All of observe group arrested hemoptysis successfully and control group was only 9, but no statistical difference between both grougs (P >0.05). Conclusions] The methord to treat massive hemoptysis with endobronchial tamponade of double-lumen balloon floatation catheter is more simple, safer and of same effectiveness.
