血必净注射液对严重胸部外伤患者机体炎性反应的影响

目的探讨血必净注射液对严重胸部外伤患者机体炎性反应的影响。方法选择2012年1月至2013年3月我院普外科收治的80例确诊为严重胸部外伤的患者,随机分为2组,每组40例。均给予常规治疗,治疗组加用血必净注射液50 mL静脉点滴,2次/d,连续使用7 d。观察两组患者治疗前后血清白细胞(WBC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、体温(T)及呼吸频率(RR)的变化。结果治疗组、对照组的有效率分别为90.0%、67.5%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,与对照组比较,治疗组WBC、CRP、T、RR变化明显。结论血必净注射液治疗严重胸部外伤患者,可明显降低机体炎性反应,抑制机体炎症递质的产生,改善患者呼吸功能,有重要的临床应用价值。

Effect of xuebijing injection on inflammatory response to patients with severe thoracic trauma

Objective To investigate the effect of xuebijing injection on the inflammatory response to patients with severe thoracic trauma. Methods 80 patients with severe thoracic trauma from January 2012 to March 2013 in department of thoracic surgery in our hospital were randomly divided into treatment group（ n =40）and control group（ n = 40 ）. All the patients were given conventional treatment, and treatment group was added with xuebijing injection 50 mL iv drip twice daily. After 7 d of continuous use, the serum white blood cell （WBC） , C reactive protein （CRP） , tempera- ture（T） and respiratory rate（RR） changes of the two groups were observed. Results The effective rates of treatment group and control group were 90.0% and 67.5 % , there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Compared with control group, the changes in WBC, CRP, T and RR were more significant in treatment group after treatment. Conclusion In the treatment for patients with severe thoracic trauma, xuebijing injection can significantly reduce the inflammatory reaction, inhibit inflammatory mediators, improve the respiratory function, it has important val- ue in clinical application.
