中药单方或复方对大肠埃希菌R质粒消除作用的研究

目的系统评价中药单方或复方对大肠埃希菌R质粒的消除作用。方法检索万方数据库、中国期刊全文数据库。纳入中药单方或复方对大肠埃希菌R质粒消除作用的实验研究。结果共纳入4个研究,中药消质剂包括:克痢痧、三黄片、止痢灵、盐酸小檗碱、千里光、黄芩等。Meta分析结果表明,中药消质剂消质效果优于空白对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对危险度(95%可信区间)为20.91(15.06,29.02)。但总体上中药消质剂消质作用低于化学消质剂—十二烷基硫酸钠;复方中药消质剂消质效果优于非复方中药消质剂,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药消质剂是消除大肠埃希菌R质粒影响的一个方向,采用复方是提高效果的有效方法。

Study on eliminating effect of traditional Chinese medicine of unilateral or compound on Escherichia coli R plasmids

Objective To systemically assess the eliminating effect of traditional Chinese medicine of unilateral or compound on Escherichia coli R plasmids. Methods The Wanfang, China Academic Journal database were retrieved. The articles of experiments of eliminating effect of traditional Chinese medicine of unilateral or compound on Escherichia coli R plasmids were included. Results A total of 4 studies （ eliminator agents of traditional Chinese medicine included ： kelisa, san huang tablets, Zhili Ling, berberine, Senecio, skullcap, et al）. Meta analysis showed that the eliminating effect of traditional Chinese medicine was better than that of control group ,there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; the relative risk （ 95 % confidence interval ） was 20.91 （ 15.06,29.02 ）. The elimina- ting effect of traditional Chinese medicine was generally lower than that of chemical eliminator-sodium lauryl sulfate. The compound Chinese medicine eliminator has better eliminate quality than that of unilateral Chinese medicine eliminator（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Chinese medicine eliminator is a desired direction for eliminating Escherichia coli R plasmids ,the compound is an effective method for improving effect.
