普米克令舒吸入预防小儿支原体肺炎后喘息的2年随访观察

目的探讨普米克令舒吸入对小儿支原体肺炎后喘息的预防作用。方法选择128例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,患儿治愈后随机分入对照组与观察组,对照组患儿未再接受治疗,观察组患儿接受普米克令舒吸入治疗3个月,随访2年。比较治疗前后肺功能的改变及随访2年内喘息的发生情况。结果治疗后3个月,观察组肺功能指标潮气量、达峰容积比(VPTEF/VE)及达峰时间比(tPTEF/tE)优于对照组(P<0.05);随访期间观察组喘息发生率显著少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论普米克令舒吸入可有效预防小儿支原体肺炎后喘息,改善肺功能。

The follow-up observation for 2 years on inhaled pulmicort in preventing childhood recurrent wheezing after mycoplasma pneumonia

Objective To explore the preventive effect of inhaled pulmicort in preventing childhood recurrent wheezing after mycoplasma pneumonia. Methods 128 children with mycoplasma pneumonia were selected as research subjects. The children recovered from mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. Control group was given no therapy, and treatment group received inhaled pulmicort treatment for 3 months. The follow up lasted for 2 years. Lung function and the occurrence of recurrent wheezing were compared between the two groups. Results The tidal volume,VPTEF/VE and tPTEF/tE after treatment in treatment group were superior to those of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The occurrence of recurrent wheezing during follow-up in treatment group was much higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Inhaled pulmicort for mycoplasma pneumonia can effectively prevent recurrent wheezing and greatly improve the lung function.
