阿托伐他汀联合氯沙坦钾治疗高血压伴左心室肥厚疗效分析

目的研究阿托伐他汀联合氯沙坦钾治疗高血压伴左心室肥厚的疗效。方法将130例血脂正常的高血压伴左心室肥厚患者按随机数字表法分为2组,每组65例。对照组患者给予氯沙坦钾治疗,治疗组给予阿托伐他汀联合氯沙坦钾治疗。两组均治疗随访1年,检测治疗前、后血压变化、左心室舒张末期内径、室间隔厚度、左心室舒张末期后壁厚度、左心室重量指数变化。结果治疗后,治疗组的收缩压、舒张压分别为(124.1±16.3)、(78.1±13.5)mmHg,对照组分别为(126.4±18.5)、(79.1±13.6)mmHg,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组左心室舒张末期内径、室间隔厚度、左心室舒张末期后壁厚度、左心室重量指数分别为(43.2±5.5)mm、(11.3±1.5)mm、(11.0±1.6)mm、(102.1±14.7)g/m2,对照组分别为(48.5±5.4)mm、(13.9±1.7)mm、(12.0±1.7)mm、(112.6±18.7)g/m2,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀联合氯沙坦钾降压疗效显著,能逆转高血压所致的左心室肥厚,长期服用可以减少心血管事件的发生。

Effect of atorvastatin combined with losartan potassium in the treatment of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy

Objective To study the curative effect of atorvastatin combined with losartan potassium chloride in the treatment of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy. Methods 130 patients with hypertension and left ventricular hypertrophy were randomly divided into two groups. Control group（ n = 65 ）was given losartan potassium treatment, and treatment group （ n = 65 ） was given atorvastatin combined with losartan potassium treatment. Both groups were treated and followed up for 1 year. The changes in blood pressure,left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,interventricular septum thickness,left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness and left ventricular mass index were tested before and after treatment. Results After treatment, The systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of treatment group were （ 124.1±16.3 ） mmHg and （ 78.1 ± 13.5 ） mmHg, and the indexes of control group were （ 126.4± 18.5 ）mmHg and （79.1 ±13.6 ）mmHg, there was no significant difference between the two groups （P 〉 0.05 ） ;the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter, interventricular septum thickness, left ventricular end-diastolic posterior wall thickness, left ventricular mass index were（43.2 ± 5.5 ） mm, （ 11.3 ±1.5 ） mm, （ 11.0 ±1.6 ） mm, （ 102. 1 ±14.7 ） g/m2 in treatment group and（48.5 ± 5.4） mm, （ 13.9 ±1.7 ） mm, （ 12.0 ± 1.7 ） mm, （ 112.6 ± 18.7 ） g/m2 in control group, there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Atorvastatin and losartan potassium has significant antihypertensive effect,it can reverse the hypertension caused by left ventricular hypertrophy, long-term use can reduce the incidence of cardiovascular events.
