补中益气丸联合知柏地黄丸治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁疗效分析

目的观察补中益气丸联合知柏地黄丸治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁的临床疗效。方法选取66例老年女性压力性尿失禁患者,按就诊顺序随机分为2组,每组33例。对照组患者采用单纯知柏地黄丸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用补中益气丸治疗,药物均为口服3次/d,8粒/次,连续服药4周为1个疗程,连续服用4个疗程。比较两组患者治疗4个疗程中平均24 h尿失禁次数,并随访两组患者半年,观察随访半年末平均24 h尿失禁次数。结果观察组、对照组的总有效率分别为93.94%、75.76%(P<0.05)。观察组患者在治疗4个疗程末24 h平均尿失禁次数为(1.5±0.5)次,随访半年末24 h平均尿失禁次数为(1.3±0.6)次;对照组分别为(3.0±1.2)、(2.5±0.4)次,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补中益气丸联合知柏地黄丸治疗老年女性压力性尿失禁,可明显降低患者尿失禁次数,疗效显著,优于单用知柏地黄丸治疗。

Effect of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Pill combined with ZDP on elderly female stress urinary incontinence patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Bu Zhong Yi Qi Pill combined with ZDP in the treatment of elderly women with stress urinary incontinence. Methods 66 cases of elderly women with stress incontinence were randomly divided into two groups according to the order of admission. Control group（ n = 33 ）was treated with ZDP therapy, observation group（ n = 33 ）was given ZDP combined with Bu Zhong Yi Qi Pill. The drugs were given 3 times daily,8 tablets per time, continuous medication for 4 weeks was a course, the two groups were treated for 4 courses. The average times of 24 h urinary incontinence at the end of the 4th course of treatment and 6 months of follow-up in the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rates were 93.94% and 75.76% in observation group and control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The average times of 24 h urinary incontinence at the end of the 4th course of treatment and 6 months of follow-up in observation group were（ 1.5 ±0.5 ）and（ 1.3 ± 0.6） , and in control group they were （ 3.0 ±1. 2 ） and （ 2.5 ±0.4 ） , there were significant differences between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Bu Zhong Yi Qi Pill combined with ZDP therapy in the elderly female stress urinary incontinence can significantly reduce the times of urinary incontinence with significant effect which is better than that of single ZDP treatment.
