Excel数据点折线图在血液学检验仪器间比对质量管理中的应用

目的建立血液学检验仪器间比对质量管理程序,保证检验科不同型号血液分析仪的测定结果准确可靠。具有可比性、一致性。方法对CD-3700型血液分析仪定期用配套校准物进行校准,并在每个工作日用定值全血质拉物做室内质控,以此血液分析仪为参考仪器,将EDTA抗凝新鲜全血在其它血液分析仪上的测定结果与其进行比对,利用Excel数据点折线图的功能,将不同血液分析仪器间的比对结果制作成动态分析质量控制图,适时进行动态分析。结果在三年多的应用中,有效提高了科内不同血液分析仪器问结果的相关性、可比性,能够及时发现偶然误差和仪器系统误差,促进工作人员及时解决存在的各种问题。结论该程序及制图方法适宜在拥有多台不同型号血液分析仪的实验室室内质控管理工作中使用,减少了由于在不同仪器上所测定结果差异较大而诱发的不必要的医疗纠纷,有效地保证了检验结果的准确性和精密度,提高了检验报告的质量。

The Application of Excel Data Point-fold Line Chart to the Quality Control among Hematology Analyzers

Objective Setting up the quality control program for a group of hematology analyzers in order to attain consistent and accurate results among them. Methods CELL-DYN 3700 hematology analyzer was used as the target analyzer and was calibrated and controlled by order,while the fresh whole blood was also applied to the other hematology analyzers. Then each result would be compared with the result produced by the target analyzer, through which might calculate the variance percent and protract dynamic quality control chart. Results After its application for three years,it efficiently improved the correlation and comparison among the different types of hematology analyzers. It helped to find the errors produced by chance or by system in time and promoted us to solve all kinds of problems. Conclusion It is an effective way to use the program and cartography method for the laboratory quality control among several hematology analyzers in the same hospital. It can reduce the unnecessary medical treatment dissension caused by the big siversity results among them. It ensures the veracity and precision of the tests and enhances the quality of the test reports.
