| 摘 要： | 为探讨金诃塞隆风湿胶囊的作用机理,采用抗炎、免疫、镇痛的动物模型,观察其对小鼠免疫功能的影响与痛阈变化。结果：金诃塞隆风湿胶囊对大鼠实验性关节炎及小鼠迟发性超敏反应均有非常显著的抑制作用,亦能抑制多种实验性肿胀和毛细血管通透性增高,并有明显镇痛作用。对DNCB诱发的DTH反应有明显的抑制作用（P＜0．05,P＜0．01）;对醋酸可的松造成的免疫功能抑制鼠的抗体生成有显著的促进作用。提示金诃塞隆风湿胶囊具有明显的抗炎、镇痛、促进免疫功能的作用。

| Abstract: | To study the action mechanism of "Jinke Sailong Fengshi Capsule",its action of anti inflammation,immunization and analgesic function as well as pain threshold were observed in mice.Results:The Capsule could obviously suppress the experimental arthritis in rats and delayed type hypersencitivity(DTH) in mice,inhibit the swelling and capillary permeability and kill pain;but it could promote the production of antibody in immunosuppressed rats by Cortisone.It is proved that the Capsule could fight inflammation and boost immunity. |
