摘    要:局部解剖学是连接基础医学与临床医学的桥梁课程,基于本门课程大体标本解剖的特点,它是实现思政教育目标的重要载体,其特有的教学内容和教学资源,便于将医学人文教育贯穿到理论及实践教学,但目前对于本门课程的相关思政元素挖掘不够,不能进行全方位、全程人文教育,本研究在局部解剖学的实践中进行思政教育,如仪式教育及解剖过程中建立局部与整体统一,理论与实践相联系等思维意识,并且培养同学之间互相沟通、互相合作的团队意识,老师在指导解剖操作的过程中展示的娴熟博学的专业知识及言传身教的敬业精神。在理论授课中,根据教材的编排,按照人体各个局部形态结构所涉及到的思政元素进行挖掘和实践,从而引申出职业素养、创新精神、辩证思维、伦理道德和家国情怀等人文素质的培养。本研究的设计基本实现了基础医学教育引领大学生的思想价值和落实立德树人的根本任务。

Abstract:Regional anatomy is a bridge course that connects basic medicine and clinical medicine.Based on the characteristics of this course,it was an important carrier for achieving the goal of thinking education.Its unique teaching content and teaching resources were convenient for medical humanities education.To theoretical and practical teaching,but currently in the course of the relevant redeeming elements in this entry,it was not possible to carry out full-scale,full humanities education.This study conducts thinking education in the practice of regional anatomy,such as ceremonial education and anatomical process.Establishing local and overall unity,theoretical and practical connection and other thinking awareness,and cultivating team awareness between students with each other,mutual cooperation,teachers in the process of guiding anatomical operations and praise of teaching and teaching.In the theoretical teaching,according to the processes of the textbook,excavate and practice according to the intensive elements involved in the various local morphological structures,thus attachment to professional literacy,innovative spirit,dialectical thinking,ethical morality and family feelings.The design of this study basically realizes basic medical education to lead the ideological value of college students and the fundamental tasks of the education.
