Abstract:Objective Based on the push-pull theory,to explore the nursing operation willingness of undergraduate nursing students during clinical internship,and put forward the positive factors that promote the operation of interns and the negative factors that hinder the operation of interns.Methods The purpose sampling method was used to conduct semi-structured interviews with 14 nursing undergraduates who were undergoing clinical practice.Five steps of reading,analysis,reflection,classification,and refinement were used to analyze the interview data and refine the theme.Results The negative factors that hinder the operation of interns include heavy workload,narrow teaching content,and risks in operation;positive factors that promote the operation of interns include teachers’ active guidance,self-worth reflection,and good nurse-patient relationship.Conclusion During the internship period of undergraduate nursing students,teaching teachers can minimize the negative effects of negative factors.Enlarging positive factors can increase the willingness of nursing students to operate actively.
