宫颈癌护理联合心理护理在宫颈癌患者中的应用效果

目的分析宫颈癌护理联合心理护理干预模式在宫颈癌患者治疗中的护理价值。方法选取2020年1月至12月安徽医科大学第一附属医院收治的74例宫颈癌患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(37例)与对照组(37例)。观察组患者采用宫颈癌护理与心理护理,对照组患者采用常规护理。比较两组患者心理情绪变化、健康知识掌握情况以及随访结果。结果观察组的心理状态评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的健康知识掌握评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的并发症发生率以及再入院率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的死亡率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论心理护理与宫颈癌护理模式的联合使用可以取得更理想的护理干预效果,具有推广价值。

Application effect of cervical cancer nursing combined with psychological nursing in cervical cancer patients

Objective To analyze the nursing value of cervical cancer nursing combined with psychological nursing intervention mode in the treatment of cervical cancer patients.Methods From January to December 2020,74 cases of patients with cervical cancer treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University were selected as the research objects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(37 cases)and the control group(37 cases).The observation group was given cervical cancer nursing and psychological nursing,the control group was given routine nursing.Psychological and emotional changes,health knowledge mastery and follow-up results were compared between the two groups.Results The psychological status score of observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The health knowledge mastery score of observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications and readmission rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in mortality between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination use of psychological nursing and cervical cancer nursing mode can achieve more ideal nursing intervention effect and have promotion value.
