PBL-CBL联合MDT教学法在呼吸科实习医师教学中的应用价值

摘    要:目的探讨呼吸内科教学中运用以问题为导向教学(PBL)、以案例为基础教学法(CBL)联合多学科合作教学法(MDT)在呼吸内科教学中的应用价值。方法选取2017级扬州大学80名呼吸科实习的本科生为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予以PBL联合CBL教学方式,观察组予以PBL-CBL联合MDT教学方式,分别比较两组学生的考试成绩、教学效果和教学满意度。结果观察组的学生考试成绩、病例书写、临床操作均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.005),观察组学生具有更好的临床思维、创新能力、语言表达能力等,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且观察组学生对教学的满意度更高,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在呼吸内科临床实习的教学中,运用PBL-CBL联合MDT教学模式更有利于学生掌握理论知识和临床实践能力,在教学中值得推广这种教学模式。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of problembased learning(PBL),Case-based learning(CBL) combined with Multidisciplinary Team(MDT) in the clinical teaching of respiratory medicine.Methods A total of 80 students in the Department of respiratory practice of Yangzhou University in 2017 were selected as the research objects,and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given PBL combined with CBL teaching method,and the observation group was given PBL-CBL combined with MDT teaching method.The examination results,teaching effect and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The test scores,case writing and clinical operation of the students in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.005).The students in the observation group had better clinical thinking,innovation ability and language expression ability(P<0.05),and the students in the observation group had higher satisfaction with teaching(P<0.05).Conclusion PBLCBL combined with MDT teaching mode is more conducive to students’ mastery of theoretical knowledge and clinical practice ability in the teaching of respiratory medicine clinical practice,which is worth promoting in teaching.
