互联网时代医院图书馆建设、服务及发展方向探讨

当今医疗技术发展迅速、医学知识不断更新,图书馆是医院的文献信息中心,是为医院医疗、教学、科研、全院职工服务的专业技术部门﹐是三甲医院整体结构中不可缺少的重要组成部分。医院图书馆的建设直接影响着医院医疗水平的提升。本文根据对昆明市三甲医院图书馆建设及服务现状的调查,从临床医学图书馆员参与服务、开展"嵌入式学科服务、整合图书馆内部信息资源网络等方面来探讨三甲医院图书馆提升服务的措施,同时,结合昆明市三甲医院的实际,提出三甲医院图书馆的发展方向。这些措施及发展方向,将对昆明市三甲医院图书馆建设具有一定的指导意义,同时对我国医院图书馆的建设起到一定的促进作用。

Discussion on the Construction,Service and Development of Hospitals’ Libraries in the Age of Internet

With the rapid development of medical technology and rapid renewal of medical knowledge,the role of the library as the information center and utilization Center in the medical work of the hospital is highlighted.The quality of hospital library’s construction directly affects the improvement of hospital medical level.Based on the survey of the library construction and service status of Kunming third grade hospital,this article discusses the measures to improve the service of the library of the third-grade hospital from the aspects of the participation of clinical librarians,the development of embedded subject service,and the integration of the library’s internal information resource network.Meanwhile,combined with the reality of the thirdgrade hospitals of Kunming,this article puts forward the development direction of the libraries of the third-grade hospitals.These measures and advice for the development direction will have reference and guidance significance for the library construction of Kunming third grade hospital and can also play a role in promoting the construction of the hospital library in China.
