强化护理干预在女性骨肿瘤患者中的应用效果

目的探讨强化护理干预在女性骨肿瘤患者临床治疗中的实施效果,结合不良反应发生情况以及下肢功能进行评价。方法选取中国科学技术大学附属第一医院西区2019年1月至2020年12月收治的62例女性骨肿瘤患者作为研究对象,应用随机数字表法分为观察组(强化护理干预)和对照组(常规护理干预),每组各31例。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的不良反应总发生率以及护理后的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、下肢功能评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性骨肿瘤患者治疗恢复期间实施强化护理干预,可以有效预防不良反应的发生,促进其下肢功能的良好恢复。

Application effect of intensive nursing intervention in female patients with bone tumor

Objective To explore the application effect of intensive nursing intervention in the clinical treatment of female patients with bone tumor,and to evaluate the occurrence of adverse reactions and lower limb function.Methods A total of 62 female bone tumor patients admitted to the West Area of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the observation group(intensive nursing intervention)and the control group(routine nursing intervention)by random number table method,31 cases in each group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total incidence of adverse reactions,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score,self-rating depression scale(SDS)score,visual analogue scale(VAS)score and lower limb function score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion During the recovery of female bone tumor patients,the implementation of intensive nursing intervention can effectively prevent the occurrence of adverse reactions and promote the good recove ry of lower limb function.
