PBL联合CBL教学法在NICU技能培训中的效果分析

摘    要:目的分析在新生儿重症监护室(NICU)技能培训中使用PBL联合CBL教学法,提高住院医师规范化培训学生临床技能操作能力。方法选取2019年、2020年共36名在NICU轮转的住培生作为研究对象,分为两组,试验组采用PBL+CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学方法,通过住培生培训前后理论考试、出科临床技能操作评价量表(DOPS)进行教学评价。结果试验组在出科理论知识考试、DOPS评价均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 NICU住院医师规范化培训中使用PBL联合CBL教学法可有效提高临床技能操作能力,效果优于传统教学法。

Abstract:Objective To analysis the effectiveness of PBL-CBL combined teaching in NICU,aimed to improve the clinical skills and operation ability of residents in standardization training.Methods We prospectively enrolled 36 residents in standardization training in NICU,from September 2019 to 2020.These participants were randomly allocated into either the combined PBL-CBL teaching group or the traditional lecture-based classroom group.Both pre-and post-class quizzes were conducted.The Direct Observation of Procedural Skills was also administered to both groups to evaluate the students’ clinical skills and operation ability after class.Results The experimental group was better than the control group in theoretical knowledge test and DOPS evaluation(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with CBL may be an effective method for enhancing residents’ clinical skills and operation ability in standardization training.
