摘    要:目的评价西安交通大学第二附属医院2016级临床医学专业学生传染病学考试成绩和试卷分析,旨在评估试卷质量和学生对该课程的掌握程度,探讨教学策略的改进,为制定科学合理的试题和加强课程建设和改革提供依据。方法应用SPSS、Excel软件及教学测量学统计处理试卷的难度系数、区分度、信度、效度和成绩进行分析。结果医学生的考试平均成绩73.61分,标准差为10.58分,难度系数0.26,区分度为0.25,信度为0.82,效度为0.22,呈负偏态分布,及格率91.1%,考试成绩呈负偏态分布;试卷整体比较容易、区分度较好,其中客观题部分难度系数偏低且区分度一般,但各分项内容试题难度、区分度欠均衡。结论传染病学课程试卷总体情况基本达到了考试要求,课程整体教学效果较为满意;学生成绩较好,试卷客观题部分难度偏易,部分题型的难度和区分度不够理想,以后的试卷设计中应当注重以考查知识的理解和疾病的临床思维为主,教学中应当强调基本概念和原则的掌握。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the scores and analysis of the examination papers of the 2016 grade clinical medicine students in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University,in order to evaluate the quality of the examination papers and the students’ mastery of the course,to explore the improvement of teaching strategies,in order to formulate scientific and reasonable examination papers and strengthen courses provide basis for construction and reform.Methods According to grade control method,SPSS software,Excel software and statistical analysis of test papers were used to deal with the degree of difficulty,discrimination,reliability,validity and performance of test papers.Results The average score of medical students was 73.61 points,the standard deviation was 10.58,the difficulty coefficient was 0.26,the discrimination was 0.25,the reliability was 0.82,and the validity was 0.22,showing a negative skew distribution,with a pass rate of 91.1%,showing a negative bias.The overall test paper is relatively easy and the degree of discrimination is better.Among them,the degree of difficulty of the objective questions is low and the degree of discrimination is average,but the difficulty and discrimination of the sub-items are not balanced.Conclusion The overall situation of the examination paper of the infectious disease course basically meets the requirements of the examination,and the overall teaching effect of the course is relatively satisfactory;the students have good grades,the difficulty of the objective questions of the examination paper is partial,and the difficulty and discrimination of some question types are not ideal.The future examination paper design should focus on examination understanding and clinical thinking,the teaching should emphasize the mastery of basic concepts and principles.
