| Abstract: | In the context of enrollment expansion,whether the increase in the number of medical postgraduate training can keep pace with the improvement in the quality of training is a worrying issue.As the tutor who is most closely related to the graduate students,we should study seriously the problems existing in the graduate education,by strengthening the correct value-oriented guidance for the ideological and political education of postgraduates,creating conditions to strengthen the cultivation of innovative ability,strengthening the self-construction of tutors and other measures,the problems exposed in the cultivation of postgraduates can be practically solved,improving the training quality of postgraduates by seeking actual effect. |
