PBL教学法在核医学理论教学中的应用研究

摘    要:目的探讨PBL教学法在核医学理论教学中的应用效果。方法选取我院2019年9月—2020年10月参加核医学课程学习的医学专业的本科学生92名,用随机数字法分为对照组和研究组,每组各46名,对照组应用传统教学法,研究组应用PBL教学法。对两组学习情况(理论知识、阅片能力、临床技能)、教学效果满意度以及自评评价(有无提高自身学习主动性、有无提高自身表达能力、有无提高自身查阅文献的能力、有无增强自身对于影像诊断的分析和思维能力)进行比较。结果研究组学习情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组教学效果满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。研究组自评评价优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在核医学理论教学中,应用PBL教学法,有效提高教学效果,加强学生对理论知识的记忆,具有可行性,同时,增强学生的综合素质,并提升临床综合能力,值得在临床上进一步推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of PBL teaching method in nuclear medicine theory teaching.Methods A total of 92 undergraduate medical students enrolled in nuclear medicine courses in our hospital from September 2019 to October 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group by random number method,with 46 students in each group.Traditional teaching method was used in the control group,while PBL teaching method was used in the study group.On two groups of learning(theory of knowledge,reading ability and clinical skills),the teaching effect of satisfaction and the selfassessment evaluation(or improve their learning initiative and improve their expression ability,improve their ability through the literature,whether to enhance their images for diagnostic analysis and thinking ability).Results The learning situation of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of teaching effect in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The self-evaluation of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In nuclear medicine theory teaching,it is feasible to apply PBL teaching method to effectively improve teaching effect and strengthen students’ memory of theoretical knowledge.Meanwhile,it can enhance students’ comprehensive quality and improve their clinical comprehensive ability,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinical practice.
