Practice and exploration on the key path of Party construction leading the high-quality development of public hospitals

Public hospitals implement the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party committee,requiring public hospitals to give full play to the leadership role of the Party committee.In the process of leading the high-quality development of the hospital,Party committee of Beijing Anzhen Hospital promoted the organic integration of Party building and business work,strengthened the top-level design,presented the development vision and objectives of the hospital,took‘people oriented’as the starting point and grasped the three driving points of discipline construction,economic operation and talent construction,and achieved significant stage results.This was further proof of the importance of Party construction guidance for the high-quality development of public hospitals.
