循证护理在女性心力衰竭护理中的应用

目的分析循证护理在女性心力衰竭护理中的应用。方法选择中国科学技术大学附属第一医院南区2019年1月至2021年1月收治的72例女性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(36例)与对照组(36例)。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用循证护理方法,比较两组的相关临床指标以及心理状态、护理满意度等。结果观察组的Herth希望量表评分高于对照组;观察组护理后的舒张压与收缩压高于对照组;观察组的心率低于对照组;观察组的心排血指数高于对照组;观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论女性心力衰竭患者采用循证护理模式能提高满意度,消除不良情绪,改善患者临床指标,值得推广。

Application of evidence-based nursing in nursing of female heart failure

Objective To analyze the application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of female heart failure.Methods A total of 72 female patients with heart failure admitted to the South District of the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China from January 2019 to January 2021 were selected as the research subjects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=36)and the control group(n=36).The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received evidence-based nursing.Clinical indicators,psychological status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The Herth hope index score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure after nursing in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the heart rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,the cardiac efflux index in observation group was higher than that in control group,total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of female patients with heart failure,evidence-based nursing mode can improve patient satisfaction,eliminate adverse emotions,and further improve clinical indicators of patients,which is worth promoting.
