| Abstract: | Medical quality is the concentrated embodiment of hospital routines and comprehensive strength,and it is also an important index to evaluate the overall level of a hospital.The medical quality management system is a critical factor to realize medical quality management,and evaluation and assessment are the key methods to improve the quality effect.Taking the practice and exploration of building a medical quality management mode based on points-based system assessment in a Grade III Level A hospital in Fujian as an example,the paper summarized that the assessment system takes five steps of organization construction,system implementation,culture construction,information management,the rewards and punishments to enhances the medical quality awareness of medical staff,realize the dynamic management of medical quality by administrators and improve the medical quality,as well as to provide references to some hospital administrators. |
