| 摘 要： | 目的：评价FOLFIRI方案联合沙利度胺对晚期结直肠癌的疗效和耐受性。方法：选择21例患者行FOLFIRI方案化疗，均联合沙利度胺口服，40d后观察疗效，并评价副作用，肿瘤标记物CA72—4，CEA变化。结果：疗效为CR0，PR6例（28．6％），SD13例（61．9％），PD2例（9，5％），副作用主要为延迟性腹泻，腹痛，Ⅲ-Ⅳ分别为2例（9．5％），1例（4．8％）。化疗后CEA，CA72—4下降（P〈0．05）。结论：FOLFIRI方案联合沙利度胺对晚期结直肠癌的疗效较满意，耐受性好。

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the outcome of advanced colorectal cancer treated with FOLFIRI combined thalidomide. Methods： Twenty one patients treated with chemotherapy of FOLFIRI, comnbined with thalidomide orally. Evaluate therapeutic effect/side effect 40 days later and observe the change of CEA and CA72 -4. Results： CR 0, PR 6（28.6% ） ,SD13（61.9% ） ,PD 2（9.5% ）. Main side effects were delayed diarrhea and abdominal pain , Ⅲ - Ⅲ of which were 2 （9.5 % ） and 1 （4.8 % ）, the level of CEA CA72 - 4 decresed （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Combined thalidomide with FOLFIRI can gain good therapeutic effect on the advanced colorectal cancer. The side effect can be well tolerated. |
