北京市公务员抑郁情绪与工作状况研究

摘    要:目的了解北京市公务员人群工作压力与抑郁情绪状况,为开展公务员人群健康干预提供依据。方法在北京市选取了朝阳区、丰台区、西城区的公务员单位,每个区内随机抽取1-2个公务员单位,并对抽中单位所有在职工作人员开展问卷调查。结果共调查公务员1156人,抑郁情绪的检出率为18.2%,男性为19.6%,女性为16.2%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,经常感到工作强度大的人群与从来没有/偶然感到工作强度大人群相比,有抑郁情绪的风险更大(OR=3.212,95%CI:2.120-4.867,P〈0.05);能发挥工作能力的人群与不能发挥工作能力的人群相比,有抑郁情绪的风险小(OR=0.384,95%CI:0.207-0.711,P〈0.05);有成就感人群较没有成就感的人群相比,有抑郁情绪的风险小(OR=0.366,95%CI:0.234-0.570,P〈0.05);有社会支持的人群比没有社会支持的人群出现抑郁情绪的风险小(OR=0.192,95%CI:0.058-0.640,P〈0.05)。结论公务员的抑郁情绪与工作状况有关,应针对公务员开展调节工作压力的心理健康教育,预防抑郁情绪的产生。

Study of work conditions and depression among civil servants in Beijing

Abstract:Objective To understand the status of work stress and depression in civil servants in Beijing, and to provide the basis for health intervention in civil servants crowd. Methods Selectecl civil service units in Chaoyang, Fengtai, Xicheng Districts in Beijing with each zone randomly 1 -2 civil service units. Questionnaires survey was carried out among all on-the-job personnel. Results This study investigated a total of 1156 civil servants, and the detection rate of depression was 18.2% , 19. 6% for men and 16. 2% for women. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed the risk of depression was greater in people who often felt work intensity compared with people never/occasionally feeling work intensity ( OR = 3. 212, 95 % CI: 2. 120 - 4. 867, P 〈 0. 05 ) ; groups with capacity of displaying working ability compared with the crowd that can' t display the ability to work, the risk of depression was smaller ( OR = 0. 384, 95 % CI: 0. 207 - 0. 711, P 〈 0. 05 ) ; compared population with a sense of accomplishment with no sense of accomplishment, the risk of depression was smaller ( OR = 0. 366, 95 % CI: 0. 234 - 0. 570, P 〈 0. 05) ; people with better social support carried smaller risk of depression compared with those didn' t ( OR = 0. 192, 95% CI: 0. 058 - 0. 640, P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion Depression of civil servants is associated with working conditions, and the researchers should adjust working pressure for civil servants and carry out psychological health education to prevent depression.
