护理干预在减轻体检者静脉穿刺疼痛的运用

目的 探讨护理干预对减轻体检者静脉穿刺疼痛的作用.方法选择2013年2～4月在我院门诊进行健康体检的300人,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组除常规护理外,给予积极的护理干预：包括心理干预、护士自身调整、穿刺器具的选择、穿刺部位的选择、减轻静脉穿刺疼痛的方法选择、无痛拔针的方法运用,观察两组体检者静脉穿刺的疼痛、静脉穿刺成功率和对护理工作的满意度.结果 实验组静脉穿刺后的疼痛低于对照组（P〈0.01）,穿刺成功率和满意度高于对照组.结论有效的护理干预措施,能使体检者以良好的心态接受静脉采血,能有效减轻体检者静脉穿刺的疼痛,提高了体检者的静脉穿刺成功率和对护理工作的满意度,值得临床参考.

Application of nursing intervention to reduce physical pain of venipuncture

Objective To investigate the function of nursing intervention to reduce physical pain of venipuncture. Method 300 of physical examination peoples in outpatient department of our hospital during Feb 2013 to Apr 2013 were randomly divided into two groups（ 150 of each group） ： control group with common attendance, experimental group added nursing intervention including psychological intervention, nurse adjusts itself, puncture device selection, puncture site selection, relieve pain venipuncture method, painless needle injection method. The pain venipuncture, venipuncture success rate and satisfaction of peoples were observed. Result The pain venipuncture of the experimental group significantly lower than the control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Venipuncture success rate and satisfaction higher. Conclusion Nursing interventions would be worth to clinical reference to re- duce physical pain of venipuncture.
