| 摘 要： | 目的 通过正确有效的护理,减少老年患者在维持性血液透析过程中并发症的发生.方法 对46例老年终末期肾衰竭行维持性血液透析的患者在血管通路、饮食营养、预防感染、心理等方面进行全程的护理管理.结果 患者透析效果满意,自我感觉良好,并发症发生少、程度轻.结论 采取正确的预防和护理措施可明显降低维持性血液透析老年患者并发症等的发生,从而提高患者的生存率及生活质量.

| Abstract: | Objective The complication of hemodialysis in senile patient can be decreased with timely and correct nursing. Methods The nursing management of vascular access, diet, nutrition, infection prevention and mind was done in 46 cases of senile ESRD patients with hemodialysis. Results The patients was satisfied with hemodialysis and felt fine. The complication was lessened. Conclusion Correct nursing and prevention could decrease complication of hemodialysis in senile patient and improve survival rate and living quality. |
